You're invited! Please join us on Thursday, October 26th at 1pm (ET) as Alix Rouby (Director of Internships & Experiential Learning) and Trejon Dinkins (Director, Raiders Academic Center for Student-Athletes) from Shippensburg University share how they are championing student career readiness across campus with their initiative, Raider Ready.

The Raider Ready platform on Suitable helps students succeed by developing the 8 National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Readiness Competencies through co-curricular and experiential learning activities. By utilizing the mobile app, students can stack their micro and macro credentials, showcase their engagement records and ePortfolios, and track their progress through the competency areas. Students complete activities that equip them with the necessary skills and experiences employers are looking for, giving them a competitive edge in the job market.

This event will provide:

An overview of the Raider Ready platform and the 8 competencies.
A breakdown of the program and how students complete it.
Insights into how the Career Center created a track just for Student-Athletes.
A look at their student engagement outcomes and how they are using this data.
A live Q&A portion with Alix and Trejon!
