Randy was a prior SkillSurvey executive who led their Higher Education division and helped 300+ schools integrate their market-leading Competency Assessment. Randy also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Handshake where he helped the company grow from 10 to 400+ Career Centers internationally. Randy started his career as the Founder and CEO at InterviewStream and is the foremost expert in Career Services assessments & technology.

Throughout many years of research and thanks to the help of over 100 institutions, NACE is coming out with a career readiness competency assessment tool. This game-changing tool will benefit all NACE members by providing national benchmarks around student competency proficiency.
Through this exclusive partnership with NACE, Suitable schools will now have the option to integrate the NACE Ready Assessment tool into their dashboard for students to use. The NACE Ready Assessment will help students understand how “career ready” they are following an internship, co-op, or on-campus job. It will also give schools data on how their students compare to other students nationally across the 8 NACE competencies.
