In partnership with the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s (ULM) Honors Program, we invite you to join us on September 30th at 12 PM (ET) as ULM’s Honors Program Director, Josh Stockley, showcases ULM’s nationally recognized, award-winning experiential initiative, Honors FLIGHT.
FLIGHT (Forging Leaders, Inspiring Growth, and Harnessing Talent), powered by Suitable, provides a virtual guided pathway for honors students to master seven competencies that are essential for students' social, personal, and professional success. Utilizing Suitable’s mobile app, students track their FLIGHT involvement in real-time, completing co-curricular experiences, finding and checking into events, building an ePortfolio, and earning digital credentials they can share directly on LinkedIn. As students progress, their engagement is automatically translated into skills on their Co-Curricular Transcript, showcasing their strengths to future employers and graduate schools. During this webinar, Josh will highlight why ULM chose Suitable and how he implemented the program at scale. Additionally, Josh will highlight the strategies that were essential to growing adoption among students and achieving an impressive 98% engagement rate.
This webinar will provide:
- A breakdown of the FLIGHT curriculum, the seven competencies, program structure, branding, badges, and how students use the platform to record experiential learning opportunities.
- Strategies for implementing a scalable co-curricular initiative within an Honors Program.
- Best practices and proven approaches for gaining buy-in from students, staff, and faculty.
- Live Q&A with Josh Stockley.
As always, there is no cost to attend, and a post-event recording will be sent out to all registrants.
