Please join us on Thursday, January 23rd at 1:00 pm (ET) as Randy Bitting, Head of Strategy & Career Readiness at Suitable unveils the latest enhancements to The NACE Competency Assessment Tool.
Since partnering with NACE last spring, The NACE Competency Assessment Tool has disrupted the status quo of student career readiness and has been implemented at numerous institutions around the country, to help students identify and promote their skills while providing unrivaled student competency development data to schools.
During this event, Randy will share recent updates to the Student Self-Assessment feature, which empowers students to evaluate their proficiency across the 8 NACE competencies. In addition, Randy will give a sneak peek at what is next for The NACE Competency Tool and the exciting updates ahead for 2025!
This event will provide:

An overview of our exclusive NACE partnership and how the NACE Competency Assessment Tool works for students, observers, and schools.
-
A walkthrough of the new Observer Feedback capabilities.
-

Through this exclusive partnership with NACE, Suitable schools will now have the option to integrate the NACE Ready Assessment tool into their dashboard for students to use. The NACE Ready Assessment will help students understand how “career ready” they are following an internship, co-op, or on-campus job. It will also give schools data on how their students compare to other students nationally across the 8 NACE competencies.
