Introducing... the Student Career Readiness Report!
We are thrilled to officially announce the Student Career Readiness Report launch for our NACE Competency Assessment Tool! The arrival of this highly anticipated feature comes on the heels of our Observer Feedback capability that was introduced earlier this year. The Observer Feedback module enables designated "Observers" to assess students on their skills & competencies following a work experience.
The Career Readiness Report is the ultimate career tool for students, giving them relevant feedback on where their strengths lie and where there’s room for improvement. This interactive report is unprecedented, giving students reliable, immediate insight into their career readiness and how they benchmark against their peers nationally. This game-changing tool provides a comprehensive snapshot and understanding of the student's career development at various moments in time. Please join Randy Bitting on May 29th at 12 PM (ET) for an exclusive walkthrough of this newly released functionality. In addition, Randy will reveal the latest updates and share what is ahead for The NACE Competency Tool for the rest of 2025!
This event will provide:
- An overview of our official NACE partnership and how the NACE Competency Assessment Tool works for students, observers, and schools.
- A walkthrough of the Career Readiness Report and its capabilities.
- A look ahead at the rest of 2025 and what else we have in store for NACE Ready.
- A live Q&A with Randy to get your questions answered!
As always, there is no cost to attend, and a post-event recording will be sent out to all registrants!

Through this exclusive partnership with NACE, Suitable schools will now have the option to integrate the NACE Ready Assessment tool into their dashboard for students to use. The NACE Ready Assessment will help students understand how “career ready” they are following an internship, co-op, or on-campus job. It will also give schools data on how their students compare to other students nationally across the 8 NACE competencies.
