Creating sustainable student engagement strategies

You’re invited to join us on September 17th at 12 PM (ET) as we welcome Keely Latopolski, Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Academic Programs & Retention, Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama, as she shares how she has developed the ultimate student engagement initiative - the R. James Kelly LEAD Program.

Powered by Suitable, the R. James Kelly LEAD Program is a cutting-edge, transformative competency-based, co-curricular program that engages 10,000+ students through professional development courses, events, workshops, technologies, and immersive opportunities so that they can reach their highest potential in the job search, excel as new hires, and bring lasting change to their communities. All starting the moment they walk onto campus.

As students engage on our mobile app, they work towards completing 10 different learning goals (Competencies) that are mapped to their AACSB Student Learning Objectives (SLOs). The students are so bought-in that Keely has recently passed the 100,000 milestone for the number of co-curricular experiences tracked. Tune in to hear how Keely leveraged Suitable to supercharge student involvement, make data-informed program decisions, and transform career readiness.

This session will provide:

  • An overview of the R. Jame Kelly LEAD program and how Culverhouse utilizes Suitable to encourage, track, and assess career readiness inside and outside of the classroom across 10,000+ undergraduates.
  • A breakdown of the program’s structure, competencies, digital badges, and branding.
  • A deep dive into engagement growth and outcomes over the years and proven strategies for sustainable student engagement
  • A LIVE student testimonial sharing how participating in the R. James Kelly LEAD program has positively impacted their educational journey.
  • Live Q&A with Keely to get your burning questions answered!

As always, this event is free and will feature a live Q&A with our speakers. A post-event recording will be sent to all those who register. Don’t wait - save your spot!
