Engineering students graduate with the technical skills to do their jobs but often need to enrich their "Essential Skills" to allow them to realize their full professional potential.

To help students build these Essential Skills needed to complement their technical skills, schools are creating student development programs using a set of core competencies as the foundation.

Join Suitable's VP of University Partnerships Sean Carson for a deep dive into creating a student development experience that is fun and appeals to Gen-Z Engineering students.

This workshop will also show how our approach creates unique student development insights that can be leveraged by administration to assess student success outside the classroom, as well as support accreditation efforts. Examples and case studies will be presented. Check it out!
