Angela Hersch (SVP, Suitable) will join Amanda Masullo (Program Manager) from Bucks County Community College to discuss the innovative approaches Bucks Community Community College is utilizing to benchmark tracking and supporting non-traditional student success through the Bucks+ Ascend initiative, designed to empower opportunity youth to complete the Out of School Youth Program in Bucks County, PA.

Gain insights into overcoming relatable program pain points and discover solutions, including activity tracking through the Suitable Application for both students and administrators. This session celebrates the non-traditional student experience and challenges attendees to think of new and creative ways to gain successful outcomes.
