**Award Winner for The Pathways 2024 Suitable Innovator Award **

Start the new year with Dr. La Shae Grottis, Student Engagement Manager at Abilene Christian University Dallas (ACU Dallas), on 1/29 at 1:00 pm (ET) for our first partner story of 2025! Join us to learn how ACU Dallas utilizes Suitable's mobile app and digital badging capabilities to transform student involvement at a fully online college.

With Suitable’s mobile app, ACU Dallas students can jumpstart their professional development and build key skills and competencies by participating in Vantage Point - a campus-wide career readiness initiative. This program, designed to gamify the student experience and track co-curricular involvement, helps students achieve five important milestones on their career journey. Students use Suitable to document and track their progress to these milestones and even earn other digital credentials and exciting prizes along the way.

One of the driving factors to Dr. Grottis’ success is their First Year Onboarding experience. The First-Year Onboarding experience gets students engaged on day one of their Freshman year and then guides them through crucial first-year benchmarks, requirements, and resources that are proven to help set them up for success throughout their studies at ACU Dallas.

Back by popular demand, the Wheel of Fun! We will be giving away 2 special prizes to two lucky attendees during the webinar.

This event will provide:

An overview of ACU Dallas's competency framework on Suitable.
A breakdown of their programs' structure, branding, badges, and how students use the platform to document their learning and development.
Best practices and useful student engagement strategies for engaging fully online students.
