We invite you to join us on Tuesday, December 5th at 2pm (ET) as we welcome D.J. Walch (Director of Co-Curricular Involvement and the Social Justice Leadership Program), and Ashley Eden (Associate Director of Prevention and Leadership and LGBTQ+ Center Coordinator) from Hanover College to showcase their student success initiative, Panther Pursuits.
The Panther Pursuits platform helps students develop invaluable life skills as leaders and global citizens by exploring co-curricular learning opportunities available at Hanover College. Panther Pursuits is a centralized mobile app that curates and promotes experiences in five competency areas that foster student engagement and skill development to prepare students for life after graduation.
With Suitable, Hanover students check-in at on-campus and virtual events, reflect on their learning, and submit work samples to their ePortfolio. As students progress, Suitable automatically showcases their earned badges/micro-credentials and tracks their competency development on their personalized Co-Curricular Transcript.
This event will provide:
- An overview of Panther Pursuits platform and the five competencies.
- A breakdown of the program and how students complete it.
- An inside look into Panther Pursuits' involvement in Hanover's Student Leader Training and Referral Program.
- Insights into their student engagement outcomes and future plans for the platform.
- A live Q&A portion with D.J. and Ashley!
