According to NASPA’s 2025 Top Issues survey, 69% of senior leaders struggle to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making. VPSAs find it hard to prove value to the Provost, and frontline staff are often too stretched to make assessment a priority. The challenge isn't collecting more numbers—it's moving past the spreadsheet to drive campus change.
