We look forward to seeing you virtually! Suitable will have two 60-minute presentations + a 20 minute product demo on increasing student engagement and improving the tracking and assessment of student involvement and experiential learning.

The Assessment Institute, hosted by IUPUI and usually held in Indianapolis, Indiana, is the oldest and largest higher education event in the United States focused on assessment and improvement. In 2021, we will once again offer complimentary registration to members of the higher education community as our way of supporting colleagues facing travel restrictions and resource constraints associated with these challenging times.

The Assessment Institute is designed to provide opportunities for (1) individuals and campus teams new to higher education assessment and improvement to acquire fundamental knowledge about the field; (2) individuals who have worked as leaders in assessment and improvement to share and extend their knowledge and skills; and (3) those interested in assessment and improvement at any level or in any collegiate context to establish networks that serve as sources of support and expertise beyond the dates of the Institute.

The University of Pittsburgh developed the Outside the Classroom Curriculum (OCC) which is a campus-wide hub of experiences, programs, and events at Pitt that helps students to make the most of their collegiate experience. Pitt partnered with Suitable to transform their student experience, engage more students (in-person and virtually), and leverage Suitable data to elevate outcomes. We invite you to hear our story of the OCC; from where it started, to what is today, and Amy’s vision for the initiative into the future.
