We hope to see you in Kansas City from October 30th to November 3rd for the 59th annual National Collegiate Honors Council conference.
We're proud to be sponsoring and exhibiting again as a bronze sponsor for the 2024 year. Please stop by our booth, say hello to Natha Renner (Director of University Partnerships, Suitable) and Akash Kathiari (Manager of University Partnerships, Suitable) grab some delicious Ghirardelli chocolate, and hear how we help Honors Colleges and Programs increase student engagement and promote career readiness.
Plus, join us for our session with Micahel Howarth 11/1 at 4pm (CT) in Empire B from The Honors Program at Missouri Southern State University (MSSU). The Honors Program at MSSU asks Honors students to explore that question throughout their student journey in their program. Honors PRIDE, powered by Suitable is a mobile platform that facilitates enriching experiences that support students in their leadership abilities, interdisciplinary thinking, and engagement as civic and global citizens. A competency-based experiential learning program that scaffolds the MSSU student experience. Students can monitor their involvement check their point total, see upcoming events, and track their coursework. With an astounding 100% engagement rate, this program has transformed how Honors students are participating and immersing themself in experiences outside of the classroom.
In this session, Dr. Howarth Michael will showcase the Honors PRIDE platform and how the implementation of this program fostered student engagement. He will share how the collaboration with Suitable began, key strategies for fostering student adoption, and provide insightful key takeaways for enriching the student experience.
