We invite you to join us on Tuesday, December 13th at 11:30am (ET) for Episode 3 of Dr. Murrell's "How It Works" webinar series. In this episode, Dr. Murrell will interview Chelsea Donovan and Bob Stein from John Carroll University who took home the Pathways 2022 award for Innovation this year. Their innovative use of Suitable for their Boler Professional Development (BPD) initiative not only ensures career readiness within their student body but also incorporates the Suitable Co-Curricular Transcript as the core vehicle for students' articulation of their preparedness.

The foundation of BPD is centered around a 0-credit, five course series, which is all about career readiness and professional development. BPD provides intentional exposure to employers, mock interviews, and much much more. It also serves as a springboard to greater student participation in experiential learning opportunities and crucial high impact practices.

There is no cost to attend and a post-event recording will be sent out to all those who register.

This event will provide:

  • An overview of the Pathways 2022 Innovation award and how John Carroll won it.
  • An examination of the BPD initiative with live discourse.
  • Real-time Q&A with the presenters.
