After welcoming hundreds of career-minded higher ed leaders in 2021, Suitable's virtual Career Readiness Mini-Con is back on February 22, 2022.

Suitable's Career Readiness Mini-Con brings together leaders from the higher ed community who are passionate about the latest trends, insights, and best practices for helping all students achieve career success. Helping students begin their career journey and find the best opportunities is crucial for student development. Preparing students for their next steps is not only valuable to the overall student experience but instrumental to the value of an institution.

Learn how Career Education experts are designing scalable and inclusive career pathways that scaffold their student's development of core skills and workplace competencies outside the classroom. These pathways provide a personalized roadmap for students to follow starting day one Freshman year, optimizing for the student's individual needs as they progress through their academic years.

Hear from influential peers, who are working at forward-thinking universities across the country, as they talk about how they approach student development and student career success. The agenda features multiple keynote presentations coupled with interactive Live Q&A sessions.

Suitable's Career Readiness Mini-Con focuses specifically on the issues career services professionals face as they navigate the real-life challenges of their work and the latest trends in Career Services.
