We invite you to join the team from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy (Pitt Pharmacy) on Wednesday, December 11th at 1pm (ET) as they showcase their all-inclusive professional development program, "The Pitt Pharmacy Professional Development Dashboard". The Pitt Pharmacy Professional Development Dashboard, powered by Suitable, provides comprehensive tracking of a student's professional development journey across all 4 years of their PharmD program.
The program requires students to engage in various experiential learning activities that build real skills while also satisfying The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) requirements. To complete the program, students participate in experiences that demonstrate their achievement of multiple Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs). Both inside and outside the classroom. These SLOs directly align with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes crucial to being a successful Pharmacist. As students engage, Suitable automatically translates that engagement into 7 different core competencies on the students’ Co-Curricular Transcript.
Learn how Suitable’s leading student engagement platform was able to help Pitt Pharmacy replace two different legacy systems and reduce the administrative burden for the staff.
This event will provide:
-
An overview of The Pitt Pharmacy Professional Development Dashboard and their 7 competencies.
-
A breakdown of the program structure, branding, badges, and how students use the platform.
-
Strategies for implementing a required co-curriculum and gaining faculty buy-in.
-
Live Q&A with our speakers!
As always, there is no cost to attend, and a post-event recording will be sent out to all registrants!
